Win 10 IoT Core environment setup 環境建置

Today we want to setup our environment to create the Win10 IoT Core image.

You have 3 items need to download and install on your device.

1. Windows 10 Assessment and Depolyment Kit (ADK). The download link as here.
2. Windows 10 IoT Core OS packages. Microsoft support 3 images and download links as below.
    - Raspberry Pi 2
    - MinnowBoard Max
    - DragonBoard410*
3. Windows Driver Kit (WDK). The download link as here.
